Taj Mahal
This is one of the seven wonders of the world, and it's considered the jewel of India. Designed as a labor of love by emperor, Shah Jahan, the Taj Mahal was built for his wife Arjumand Banu. This memorial took more than 20 years to build and took thousands of workers to help complete it. Located in Agra, the Taj Mahal is designed in the mughal style and best known for the large dome in the center.
Ganges River
This river is the longest river with the source in India's Himalayan mountain range. The spiritualism that surrounds India also surrounds this river. Supposedly the river once flowed to heaven but now flows on Earth. It's considered sacred by the Hindu people and is a lifeline for many of the people who depend on it.
Himalaya Mountain Range

Varanasi
